Please contact us using the form below to be advised on the best way to return your item to us.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and labels still intact.
- Items must be clean and in their original state, free from any stains, e.g. makeup and deodorant – any items that have been damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
- Refunds can only be processed on to the original method of payment.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your item. If after this time, you still haven’t received your refund then please contact our customer care team email@example.com
Where possible, retain the tracking information of your returned order, once posted.
Please note all returns will remain your responsibility until they reach us. Be sure to package them well to avoid any damage on their way back to us and get proof of postage when sending the item, in case you need to contact us about your return.
